Product Title
CNC YCB8-63PV DC MTS 2P+2P 63A Manual Changeover
Short Description
The CNC DC MTS combines two 63A YCB8-63PV 2-pole photovoltaic DC miniature circuit breakers with a central manual interlock for selecting between two compatible DC sources. Each official 2P YCB8-63PV breaker is rated for DC500V when correctly wired in series and provides overload, short-circuit and isolation protection.
Long Description
Designed for controlled manual selection between two compatible DC feeds, this CNC 2P+2P changeover assembly uses two polarity-marked YCB8-63PV breakers and a mechanical interlock to prevent both source handles from being closed together during normal operation. The black and red linked handles provide clear source differentiation, while the modular DIN-rail format is suitable for properly engineered photovoltaic and other DC distribution systems.
CNC officially specifies the YCB8-63PV series for photovoltaic and other DC applications, with thermomagnetic operation, a breaking capacity of 6kA and protection against overload and short circuit. For the 2-pole configuration, the rated working voltage is DC500V when the poles are connected in the approved series arrangement. Installation must follow the official polarity and wiring diagram.
This is a manual changeover device, not an ATS. It must not be used to parallel two sources, and it must not be switched under load unless the complete assembly and installation have been approved for that duty by a qualified electrical engineer.
