Short Description
The CNC YCBZ-40 is a 40A, 2-pole manual changeover switch for controlled Iā0āII selection between two AC power sources. Designed for 35 mm DIN-rail mounting, it supports 240/415V AC systems, AC-22A utilization and IEC 60947-3 switch-disconnector applications.
Long Description
Built for compact low-voltage distribution boards, the CNC YCBZ-40 provides deliberate manual transfer between two AC supplies through a mechanically linked 2-pole operating handle. Its three-position 1ā0ā2 contact form gives users a defined centre-off position between Source I and Source II, making it suitable for professionally designed grid/generator, grid/inverter and other backup-source selection panels.
The 40A version is rated by CNC for 240/415V AC at 50/60Hz, with AC-22A utilization, IP20 protection and 35 mm DIN-rail installation. CNC lists 1,500 electrical operating cycles and 8,500 mechanical cycles for the YCBZ-40 series. Correct cable sizing, upstream circuit protection and installation by a qualified electrician are required for a complete safe system.
