The Pylontech Fidus FB-L-5.12-PK is a compact, low-voltage lithium battery developed for compatible residential and light-commercial solar energy-storage systems. It uses lithium iron phosphate chemistry for enhanced thermal stability, dependable daily cycling and long service life.

The battery provides 5.12kWh nominal capacity and 4.97kWh usable energy at 51.2V, with a 97% depth of discharge. A 100A continuous charge/discharge rating supports demanding household backup applications, while a short-duration 121–200A peak rating helps accommodate temporary load surges.

CAN and RS485 communication enable intelligent battery management and data exchange with supported hybrid inverters. The system can scale from a single module to larger installations, with up to 20 batteries in one string and up to six groups when installed with the correct Pylontech control equipment and according to the manufacturer's design rules.

Its compact 638 × 137 × 370mm enclosure is suitable for space-conscious installations. The Pakistan-specific FB-L-5.12-PK version carries an IP20 rating, so it must be installed in a suitable protected indoor location unless the manufacturer or authorized distributor specifies an approved enclosure.

Compatibility Note

This is a 51.2V low-voltage battery. Before purchase or installation, confirm that the selected inverter supports the Pylontech FB-L-5.12-PK, the required battery-voltage range, Pylontech CAN/RS485 protocol, cable pinout and applicable firmware version.
